ORDERING

Payment must be received before your order can be guaranteed. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email of your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at lunaandjungle@gmail.com

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All fees will be added at checkout.
Local pickup: Free local pickup option is available for all locals within Wagga and the Riverina. Once your ordered has been processed, your order will be ready within 2 business days and an address will be texted to you once your order is ready for pickup. If you require same day pickup, orders will need to be placed by 11am and this will need to be specified in ‘special instructions’.

Local delivery: Local delivery is available for all customers within Wagga Wagga for a $5 delivery fee. Once your ordered has been processed, your order will be ready within 2 business days and a confirmation message will be sent on delivery day. If you require same day delivery, orders will need to be placed by 11am and this will need to be specified in ‘special instructions’. Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

Out of town delivery (Albury/Wodonga and ACT): Monthly deliveries will be available within Albury/Wodonga and the ACT. Email us for further enquiries and information regarding upcoming delivery days. Out of town delivery fees will apply.

SHIPPING

Shipping fees will be added upon checkout and all orders will be sent via Auspost. Once your ordered has been processed, your order will be ready within 2 business days and a tracking number will be sent at time of shipment. If you require same day shipping, orders will need to be placed by 11am and express shipping will need to be selected and this will need to be specified in ‘special instructions’.

REFUNDS & EXHANGES

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase (plants not included) please contact us at lunaandjungle@gmail.com within 14 days for an exchange. Returns will be covered by the customer along with any additional delivery or shipping fee. Products must be unused and in brand new condition.

Only our small cactus range is eligible for shipping.
Please note medium – large, or any fragile species of cactus are unable to be shipped.

If you place an order with these items and you select shipping your order will be refunded. All planters, vases and homewares are available for shipping Australia wide. All items will be packaged to ensure they reach the recipient in the best possible state.

If for any reason your are unhappy with the state of your purchase upon delivery, please let us know immediately at lunaandjungle@gmail.com so we can do our best to make things right.
